About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 4–8 years of experience in digital content design, specifically in e-learning, animation, and UI/UX. This is a full-time contractual position based in Noida, ideal for professionals seeking impactful work in a dynamic learning environment.

Position Details

• Job Title: Graphic Designer

• Work Location: Noida (On-site)

• Contract Duration: 6 Months

• Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years

• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

• Monthly Salary (CTC): ₹62,900 – ₹71,400

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop WBTs, CBTs, ILTs, GUI components, and interactive animations

• Create illustrations, icons, and UI elements while adhering to brand standards

• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Project Managers, and Art Directors

• Manage multiple design projects independently and meet deadlines

• Present design ideas and storyboards clearly to stakeholders

Required Skills and Tools

Design Software:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe After Effects

• CorelDRAW

• Basic Flash scripting

E-Learning Tools:

• Articulate Storyline

• Adobe Captivate

• Raptivity

Additional Capabilities:

• Audio/Video Editing (e.g., Sound Forge)

• Strong visualization and storytelling skills

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Proven experience in designing for e-learning platforms is mandatory
